Story / About
IF Only Creations is run by me, Johnny InvaderFuzzytalon, an Arizona-native Xicanx and avid jack-of-all-trades. With a college educational background in wildlife biology and art, I started IF Only Creations with the desire to combine my passions and dismantle the idea that art and science are separate. Art can be a powerful tool for education, inspiration, and community.I joined the furry fandom in 2015, when I fell in love with the celebration of animals and art so beautifully on display. Although I love the common fursona species (I’m a kitty cat myself), I want to highlight lesser acknowledged animals and whole ecosystems. It is my goal to inspire curiosity, wonder, and passion for the everyday natural world around us. I want people to broaden their horizons for how amazing, colorful, and fascinating animals are.My mission as an artist is to connect people through a love for animals, ecology, self-expression, and community. I want to encourage playfulness, joy, and passion through education.IF Only Creations focuses on primarily handmade goods. I love to make practical sewn goods such as backpacks and display bags (or itabags). I want my work to highlight common “furry” species, lesser-acknowledged species, and local wildlife. My customers should be excited to display artisanal craftsmanship and pieces that really show off their individuality. Just as every animal is cool and unique, so are you! Bring out your inner animal and let in some love for the world around you in return!I want to support the natural world and the people in my communities. By making art to celebrate the diverse ecosystems in my home state of Arizona, I want to encourage others to celebrate the nature in their own backyards. I hope to inspire people to take whatever action they can for the things they love.

— Each sewn good is handmade and therefore may have slight imperfections that truly make it one-of-a-kind.
